During the first series of Bad Influence! a spin-off magazine was launched. The magazine was produced by Europress Interactive, already well know for some of their other gaming publications (Super Action, Amiga Force, Amiga Action, Sega Force to name just a few) in association with the TV show's production company Yorkshire TV.
Just two issues were ever produced. The magazine was dropped by the time the second series started, and although this was never alluded to on-air, some viewers had written in asking when they could expect the next issue and were told in the Datablast that, sadly, it had come to an end.
The first issue was a massive 196 pages filled with reviews and features, for just £2.85. There was a very close tie to the show, with many behind the-scenes features and interviews with Andy and Violet. Nam Rood had his own section filled with cheats and tips, and the magazine included a cassette tape with music featured on the programme. The second issue, somewhat smaller at 132 pages, was again packed full of reviews and features. It was cheaper, at only £1.95, but with no free cassette tape. You can download each issue in a convenient PDF file.
